2.2.2 Manufacturing Process

Discussed how to find the area, volume and mass of our component in Inventor: Right Click on the name of the part in the part organizing window on the left hand side of the screen. Go to iProperties, click on the Physical tab, select your best guess for the material your component is made from, and it will calculate the mass, area and volume. Record as part of 2.2.1.
Discussed activity 2.2.2: Research how your component is manufactored. Create an illustration depicting this process from start to finish in your engineering notebook. Make sure you site your sources.
