Today in class we... Completed Activity 1.1.1 in class (due at the end of class today) Discussed Field Trip on October 6, 7...Will remind students as time gets closer. Release forms will be given out on September 12, 13 due back before the trip. Field Trip Details: Black Hills Power Plant 7:45-11:20 (So you will miss either 2nd or 6th period, make sure to get your assignment in advance) Tour the facility, Meet with engineers on location for information and a Q&A session. Homework: Start working on Activity 1.1.2. Should get the first 5-9 problems done if possible.

Simple Machines/ Activity 1.1.1

Today, September 2, 6, in class we... Turned in signed syllabus if not already done...this will become a zero if not turned in by September 9. Finished taking notes on the first three simple machines Were introduced to the fischertechnik parts and were divided up into teams Began working on Activity 1.1.1 Part 1...part one should be finished by the end of class on the 7th/8th.
